I visited this dentist office twice and I must say that my experience was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and informative, making me feel comfortable. Frank, the dentist is an absolutely beauty! Frank is knowledgeable, skilled, and very gentle. Frank and his assistant Mackenzie explained each step of the procedure and answering all of my questions thoroughly.Cecilia cleaned my teeth not too long ago and did an amazing job! Top G work! The facility was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Overall, I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone in need of dental care. They truly deserve a 5-star review for their exceptional service and care!

Bright dental holds the industry standard of professionalism, outstanding dental care, and exemplary customer service. They treat patients with kindness and respect, and have an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. I appreciate how up to date they are on using both phone and texting to communicate, and they do whatever it takes to ensure you have the best care. I recommend this team to everyone I know for their dental needs. Their state of the art equipment detected significant dental issues that no previous clinic was aware of. I am so grateful. Also love their support and contributions to our St. Albert community like the skate park. Bravo to Bright Dental.

I just had to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude for the outstanding service and technology that I experienced at your clinic. From start to finish, my appointment was amazing.The reception ladies were super friendly and helpful with all my insurance questions. Frank was down to earth and made me feel completely at ease. His assistant was knowledgeable and explained everything that was happening. The he hygienist was thorough and gentle, making sure I was comfortable at all times.What impressed me most was the technology used within your clinic. Your state-of-the-art equipment made understanding everything so much easier. I loved seeing the scan of my teeth and how my bite fit together.Overall, your clinic's service and technology exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly impressed.Thank you for providing such a positive dental experience.

Had a fantastic experience at bright dental.Kristy Anderson was definitely the most thorough and knowledgeable hygienist I have ever had! She made coming in for a cleaning such a great experience and went the extra mile making sure she did the best job possible.Dr. Frank Neves was very friendly and was very efficient. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and always came into the room being very welcoming.Sheena was very polite, quick and efficient. She made for a great experience, and truly made for a great experience from the time I entered the door till the time I left.Highly recommend Bright Dental to all my friends and family. They are awesome!

Always excellent service and advice from the friendly and skilled staff.Update : Based on advice from my dentist I purchased a night guard from them. Four days later my dog (see photo) ate it after I forgot to put it away. Next time I had a dental appointment I casually mentioned the issue. A week later they called me and had replaced my night guard at no charge. Now that’s service.

I’ve been going to Bright for most of my life now, but I recently changed hygienists. I think Brooke is my new favourite for sure! She kindly and gently explained everything she was doing and made me feel completely calm in the chair. She explained the reasons behind the necessity of the care I was getting in a clear way and greater depth than ever before. I’m a biology nerd, and she had no problem answering all my weird questions about teeth and the mouth - it was actually really fun! I know im more calm than many at the dentist, but I’d highly recommend you request Brooke if you’re feeling anxious. She’s efficient without feeling rushed, clear and well spoken, and it really feels like she’s just rooting for you. There was never any judgment, just honest communication and explanations. 11/10 will be back!

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had at a dentist. As someone who has experienced anxiety in the past about going to the dentist or having work completed, the experience and care I received from Frank and his team was world class!! Very gentle, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Frank and his team at Bright Dental to anybody.

Always friendly staff from the moment you walk in. Dental assistants are very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Frank even walked by as I was being taken care of and checked in to see how I was doing. Best dentist, and office I’ve ever been involved with.

I absolutely love coming here. The environment is so friendly. I really appreciated the hygienist I had talking everything through for me. I had a procedure done that I haven’t had done before. They answered all of my questions as well. Dr. Frank’s personality is great. His lighthearted jokes made me feel at ease before this new procedure. Five stars for everyone there, from the ladies up front at reception all the way to Dr. Frank himself.
