Slingshot Communications

We recently transitioned to a VOIP system with Slingshot. The pre and post sale service/support have been outstanding. I highly recommend Slingshot as a vendor.

I am new to slingshot voip, Dwayne was great in explaining their features and system. He understood my business needs and provided with services that are required. He didn't try to upsell Slingshot products to me. I am really impressed with their support services as well, especially Edwin and Jaak who helped me with on boarding and business phone setup. I hope their quality remains the same for years to come. I am a startup and as my business grows there are more upgrades to come. I am hoping Slingshot voip will remain as my business phone service provider.

As a small business owner of a growing private counselling practice, I was in need of a more professional, affordable telecommunication system that would help me organize my phone calls and voicemails in a simple way. Slingshot customer service has been quick to respond to all my questions, provides me with clear instructions and information as to how to set up my systems and personalize them to my needs and has been excellent on following up with me throughout the process of getting started and integrating the system into my business. Anytime I have a question, they are easy to reach and respond promptly. I have been really impressed with their service and am so grateful for their voice to text transcription of voicemail messages which saves to my email, so I always have my messages in one place. This has been such a fantastic feature that I can’t imagine using a service that does not have this feature.

We have been using slingshot service for a few months and really like it. We just started using their txt feature and are really impressed with it. The support guys were awesome and a big help and easy to work with.

When our company went remote due to the pandemic we needed a better solution for our phone service as we no longer were in an office and everyone was working from home. Slingshot Voip was able to meet all our needs perfectly and with very competitive pricing. We were able to save money and still have a company line that our staff could access from their homes!
