Mr Transmatic

Transmission completely went in my 2006 Monte Carlo SS V8 back in June 2019. Brought it up on a Friday. Was done by next Friday. Incredibly fast and in 10 days I was back on the road like it never happened. Costs $2998 and zero issues since!

Imcompetent mechanics. Broke my key to my lug nuts and won't own up to it or reimburse the damage cost. Almost blown my motor by leaving the oxygen sensor unplugged. When she called in as she was driving when she would hit 3000rpms the car would jump. She asked the mechanic who tried treating her like a dummy because she is a woman that her engine was resetting the computer. But yet we had the car for 2 years and never did it before. She stalled it numerous times thinking she wasnt use to the clutch and when she filled gas she came back out the car not starting a stranger realized the oxygen sensor was unplugged asked her why it was and told her that's why she is stalling. But their mechanic said he used a rlwrench for the lug nuts so it's not their problem. Basically told me to suck it up.Also her father who works at honda said they had a guy in there flipping because the same place who replaced their clutch blew their motor due to not plugging in the oxugen sensor.I would never recommend them due to poor customer service and an Imcompetent mechanic.

My car experienced an intermittent problem. They were very careful to inspect and rule out causes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment was on time and the car was finished early. The service time ended up being less than expected, and they charged fairly--if not, generously. I would have tipped if the machine allowed it. Much appreciated.

Took a vehicle in for transmission cooling tube replacement..Transmission lasted a day and failed.Had the transmission replaced. Failed again within a day. Talk to the owner. He just shrugs his shoulders, Nothing I can do."

Needed a transmission line. Dealer couldn't get it as it was backordered and no date in site for estimated shipping time. Mr transmatic made me the line and installed it for a reasonable price and it only took a few hours. Had my car back before the day was over. Excellent series and price!

I left my Van for Transmission and They just stole my drill inside the Van and the owner just say we didn’t open the Customers van. The whole Van was left with them and they should be careful about customers belongings. I have a lot of expensive stuff in my Van which I cannot take off before leaving over there.
