Keeping in mind that this store is located in a very high traffic location, the restocking of shelves is very very sad ....most of the candy shelves were empty, no water in the cooler, on the shelf only! the cashier" found it easier to tell me to use the self checkout than to ring thru my order"

I was in this store today. I was a little confused when paying for the purchase. A very polite and attentive girl Anastasia came to my aid. Despite the fact that the store is located in a crowded place and there are always a lot of people, there is a wonderful and very attentive staff..

I shop here at least once per week. Almost all the staff know me, seem to like me and I like them. Funny though-often brand new security guards lock" onto me

Exactly what you would expect from a dollarama in downtown Winnipeg. Very busy. I’d say for how busy it gets, especially M-F from 8-5 or so, this location is really understaffed.In addition to that, the theft at this location is really bad. Its not like shoplifting at many suburban dollaramas. It would be impossible for the security guard to confront or arrest every shoplifter. Even if they do arrest someone here, the store is entirely vulnerable until the police arrive.

The security on duty made me feel very uncomfortable, I asked him twice they wanted to see my receipts to prove my purchases and frankly that they were making me uneasy being so close. They did not answer and continued to follow about 3 feet behind untill I was out of the store. Kept staring through window at me by bus stop for several minutes after that untill on my bus. I will not be a customer at this location again.

A very great place to get all things household items at $5 or less. I got almost all my household stuff here and I'm enjoying them.
