My Service Advisor Emily was beyond satisfactory. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I drove into the service station. She was professional and moved things along quickly and efficiently. I was kept in the loop the entire process and was contacted as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I got there she went through the details, pleasantly offered advice and I was out of there swiftly! 10/10 experience. Any time I have car troubles I will be going back to Emily at Birchwood!

This dealership has put my friend through an absolute HELL as he purchased a car and was assured that if any issues come to light or persist that they would take care of it. This is a new car. His car had some electrical problems while being a new car still covered by warranty they declined any help to him. THEY TOOK HIS MONEY AND RAN. This dealership will scam you out of your money and won’t help you like others. Go elsewhere. Stay away from people that won’t help you.

I recently bought x4 i30 m series from Birchwood bmw. I was dealt by Paul. What an amazing service he provided me. He took care of everything and made sure i met my expectations in a car that i was looking for. He responded promptly and respectfully. They're not even interested in hearing out a client concern on a previous recall repair. I'll have my car repaired else where. They quoted $5500 for pads, rotors and tires! Get ready to be gouged!

On the rare occasion that we’ve required service, Greg Hart and his staff in the service department have been excellent to deal with. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Flew all the way from Toronto to purchase a car from them that has leaky headlights and broken ambient lighting which they assured me was fine before I picked the car up. Now they won't fix any of the issues despite the obvious flaws.Overall horrible experience. A year before I had purchased another car from BMW Markham with the exact same ambient lighting issue. It was fixed within a week of me buying the car with no questions asked.Sales manager Ben Kuilman only wasted my time and offered absolutely no help at all.UPDATE: the lighting is broken as you can clearly see in the picture. Just because it hasn't COMPLETELY failed doesn't mean it's in perfect working condition. Birchwood BMW has done nothing to rectify the issue.
