The person that was doing my nails poked my nail with a sharp tool, after it was bleeding I saw that she used a dirty paper towel to wipe it off! She didn’t even bothered to dispose it, she saved it for her next client! By the time that I noticed that, it was too late to stop her! They can easily transfer blood diseases from one to another!The tools she was using wasn’t sanitized either! She picked them up from under the table! Be careful going to this nail salon people!

Had a horrible service done here today. The girl was friendly, but the actual job suffered. Skin wasnt removed properly, the color wasn’t applied close to skin. And they couldn’t even do a simple design. (With foul, or other polish - they even didn’t have the kind what other salons would have plenty of). They had almost nothing for designing. Ended up still paying $60The manager was there; and he was mumbling something, couldn’t hear and tell anything. Most horrible nail job i got in the last 5-7 years

Poorly managed salon. My friend had a gel colour pedicure done here. The cuticle wasn’t removed and nail polish applied unevenly. This was brought up to salon manager right away and he did nothing and still charged my friend a full price ($60). It will be fair to get an apology and a pedicure re-dine by a senior technician.If anyone from this salon read this review and actually cares please reply.

This place is a little gem inside the Madison Centre . I get gel nails done by Minh who is super experienced .I’ve been many places but never seen anyone work this fast and do such a great job. It’s nice to not have to sit for hours and still get the same quality . She’s also a lot of fun and is always up on the latest trends so if you bring a photo she knows exactly what you want. Ive also had my pedicures done by all the lovely ladies here and they always do an exceptional job . Super friendly place, high quality work and fair prices.

As soon as I walked in it was clean, relaxing, and felt like a salon should!I had an Acrylic fill and Pedi appointment. They were on time and followed strict Covid protocol. I went with a friend who got the Mani Pedi special. The whole family did us! What amazing people! Outgoing, funny, relatable and hard working. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs, and am SUPER PICKY. I can honestly say that there is only 1 other place in Langley that provides this level of service. I moved recently and was looking for a great fit for a nail salon. This family run salon is everything it claims to be and more. I am in love with my nails and toes. They now have 2 more new customers. a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend. Cant wait for my next appointment.

Horrible salon.My mother went in for a manicure -- plain polish. It was only 30 minutes and they charged her $36. They took advantage of her; gel manicures downtown, for an hour cost, this price.You can see from the picture that the nails are not even.

My manicure fell off hours after getting it done. Terrible.
