Immigration VSL

Nobody answer the phone ， nobody reply the email. When you go to the clinic directly, the secretary said call or email to make an appointment, and he said he was very busy.

Very professional and helpful, it was very easy and flexible to take an appointment. They reply quickly by email and the service is good and they were very friendly

DO NOT GO ! Waited forever to have results posted, they don't do the job, and they do not answer emails. on the phone they will only give appointments, once you paid they do not deliver. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.

I think people that wrote some reviews are mistaking the clinic Plein Ciel and this service of Immigration Canada, which are not the same.The service received was impeccable, very friendly but professional, and very responsive. They answered even during after hours, and responded to all my (many) questions, without ever making me feel like I was bothering them.I truly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this place! Staff are nice, helpful and very professional. I had a situation with my papers 8 months after I did the examination, and they never abandoned me, they took the time to help sort things out! You will be in good hands with Immigration VSL.

I wanted to book an appointment. I called several times, but nobody answered the phone. I sent an email, but with delay and incompletely got my answers.

I accompanied a friend for an immigration-related medical exam. It looks like they all hate working there, from the receptionist and the other administrative staff, to the nurse and the doctor, Golnar Abbasi. Then, they made a mistake in the paperwork by leaving someone else’s information related to a work permit on my friend’s, a student. The admin staff does not wear masks, the radiologist technician was wearing it under the nose. They did not care people in the waiting room did not respect sanitary measures in medical clinics because they themselves did not follow them. The attitude is horrible, like they are annoyed you are there and are condescending. Imade the mistake to recommend this clinic to my friend. Find a better one, there are many in Montreal. Maybe you could find Canadian values in the other ones such as work ethics, niceness etc.

Since the day appointment was taken(which was very smooth over phone and then digital profile to be created and guidance given), medical center helps you for reaching timely at the clinic. Dr. Tamer WALY and his team are very professional and the process for Immigration Medical Exam (IME) took around 1 hour since the name was called. One has to be patiently sitting and wait for the multiple calls (bio data), BP, height checks, urine sample, then Doctor meeting and later go for Chest X-Ray. I mentioning here for IME-EDE clients only. Now I would say, the complete staff are smiley, welcoming and generous and guide you properly especially Dr. Waly. Thanking you

Sincerely don't get negative reviews.Did you expect a thorough medical examination like in a private clinic?This is a formal procedure for your papers and in your interests, people wake up!If you want treatment, go to an urgency clinic (and wait for 10 hours) or go to a private clinic (and pay 1k, not 240 dollars).Was there couple weeks ago. Altogether all things about 2 hours, not that bad at all.They have all the procedures split up between several people, everyone knows what they are doing, all relatively smoothly.All staff members are super polite. The nurse is very attentive, the doctor is charming and funny.
