Thank you to and Long & McQuade for helping me get a guitar during this Covid-19 pandemic. Matthew (Mathieu?) was very helpful over the phone and in person, all my questions were answered. The guitar was setup by one of their technicians. it plays great, I love it.

Amazing Experience and Product Guidance and deliverance by Mr. Mathieu Caumartin-Rivest in Long and Macquade store, Pie-IX, Montreal. He is an expert advisor who helped us not only with price match of my newly bought DJ controller but also took time in explaining us to buy guitar for my son. I Called at 4:13 pm today and asked if they had any electro acoustic guitars available for rental, the associate left me on hold for 25 mins.**Changed from 1 stars to 3 stars. Went in store the next day and got great customer service! I might have overreacted a bit, the store doesn't deserve a one star review because of one mishap

I have been there to buy a Keyboard for my kid. The store is huge and they have all sort of instruments you can think of. Also, I had a great customer service, the staff member Pascal was very cool and gentle. I'll definitely come back there if I ever need something else!
