Been renting from this place for that last little while after they took over for another property manager I had a struggling business so I tried too open another buisness in the unit which they shut down so I wanted outta lease I found them a suitable tenant too take over the lease who they approves an they still tried too charge me 10000 dollars too break my lease these ppl are terrible rude company with zero sympathy for a struggling buisness stay clear of these big corporations that try too extort small buisness worst company in nanaimo
