Rainer has been nothing short of a Godsend to me. He helped me set up my new office, solve intricate PC issues and untangle a nasty power point issue. And there have been a few occasions where he was able to help me with IT technical problems remotely. He provides professional, reliable and innovative service. His communication skills are superior and he is able to explain complex problems and issues to the layperson. I would highly recommend Rainer. It is money well spent.

I had an emergency situation with my laptop being infected with a virus. Rainer was quick to call me back, picked up my computer, fixed it and delivered it back very promptly. So professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
