I seldom deem it necessary to leave a review for a post office of all things but Minna's above and beyond service is something worth praising!I went early in the morning with the intent to just pick up a mailing box and pack my parcel myself. But Minna was very proactive and helped me find the right sized box, where I needed to bring the package (it was a pre-made shipping label and actually had to be sent through a courier service), and even helped me pack and label my package so it's ready to ship. It was a lovely start to an otherwise very busy morning. Thanks again!

They seemed annoyed when I go to pick something up. Also, they receive my parcels but don't enter it into their system for several days. I feel like they are lazy, difficult to communicate with, and obtuse.

In store postal staff is great. Whichever manager creates the schedule, gets zero stars. A weekend in December needs more than 1 person manning the desk unless the intention is to have lineups of people snaking around the store.

I have applied post office clerk position at this location 2 years ago. I have spoke with post office manager and front store manager about my work experience and working schedule. Although I have an experience but they didn't choose me for the final decision. Luckily, I am glad I don't have to work for this location and I won't apply this company again if they need me for help. The post office manager even discriminate my work ability and personal background. Avoid to work for this shoppers.

Very good location. Fast, professional and friendly staff. Some other locations like Richmond center shoppers are cheap with lending u a little bit of tape and a pen once in a while.

Always like to come to this location whenever mailing service s needed. Chinese speaking staff Mina is very friendly and helpful. Her tendance deserves 5 stars !

It was my first time sending snail mail and the person working there was very helpful. She asked me where I was sending the mail and she knew what I would need and told me clearly how things were done. The cost for mailing was surprisingly cheap as well, although it was only a small message so it went with standard mail"."

I like going to this location for picking up and dropping off packages. The ladies that work here are well mannered and helpful. Sometimes the line up takes a while but you can see that the attention and care they give to the customer they are interacting with.

I was advised to use registered mail for my international parcel by a nice and honest Filipina lady and the parcel arrived at the destination on time for a fraction of fee compared to what other major courier companies charge. Thank you.
