I went in at 9:55pm ordered two small burgers and fries waited 20 mins for burgers to be wrong.I go back in and doors are locked they tell me I have to wait behind the 5 cars in drive thur to fix there mistake then wait in drive thru for 20 more mins for them to ask why I’m still waiting when they still haven’t fixed my burgers they tried giving me the old ones that were wrong my food was cold by time I went to eat it spent over 45 mins at a (fast food) restaurant for three small items!

They messed up the whole order, gave meat and bacon added patty instead of beyond the meat burger. When called about it, they hung up on the phone.When talked to manager, they mentioned they use the same grill for meat and beyond meat patties, said its okay to eat meat once.Every other A & W I have gone to have partitioned grill for meat and non meat patties.Worst customer service ever.Never coming back here again.

Went through the drivethrough after work and ordered a Momma Burger. Drive-thru was empty and service was very slow, noticed one employee working doing everything herself. No big deal its just a burger nothing else and shes not busy... well I get home and somehow she managed to forget to put the patty on the buns... so I just paid for a bun with pickles and condiments. Which by the way also had lettuce and tomatoe which arent even on the momma burger. Complete screw up on her part and shame on the company for having only 1 staff on duty.

I've visited this location on multiple occasions and I've never had such bad service. It's not every time but most visits end with me waiting extremely long for fast food". Even ordering from them takes time. They tell you to wait a minute (when no one is in the parking lot) and proceed to make you wait 5+ minutes. I should also note that most of the employees don't say sorry for the wait times. I'm not sure what management is thinking but I wouldn't be shocked if this location closes."

I don't usually write reviews for fast food franchises but it should be said that this A&W location is fantastic. Everything is fresh and assembled with care. Will be back in the future!

Ordered With Skip, And Low and Behold, All food came Ice Cold. Guessing the order sat for 40mins. Didnt refresh the Orders. Aswell as Both Chocolate milks were not with the Order. I will not reccommend this A&W to anyone.

The food is always great and fresh, but my last three visits for customer service in drive thru have not been satisfactory at all. My visit tonight to collect some chipotle dip my husband ordered and didn’t get , I waited 8 minutes at the speaker after asking me to wait a moment while they handled the person and their large order infront of me until they left with their order at the window. Someone could have easily taken my order in that time. And my last two visits were the same were it was up to 15 minutes for a regular sized order that in all the years before never took that long let alone just waiting to get your order taken. I’ve worked in food service and currently in customer service and this is clearly a staffing issue or you’re having an employee not built for the task taking over and it’s not working. In the time I was waiting just to have someone talk to me at the speaker tonight I had 2 cars drive up behind me and then leave
