The location on Cure Label in Laval was easy to find. The showroom is simple and organized to go through. Mr. Jacob, the sales representative was polite and professional.

Worst customer service ever. I will never go there again.They told us to call 2 day in advance so they can prepare our order for pick up. Got there at 10am and only got my order after waiting 2 hours in my rented van. Thankfully I checked every item because they were in the process of giving me someone else's order. Plus they didn't have the faucet I ordered and then I had to wait for a refund which the secretary screwed up completely. The people there were so rude except for the poor guys working in the warehouse. Even IKEA does a better job at preparing everything for you on time. I used them for my kitchen and not one single item was missing. Manager came and gave us a whole bunch of excuses that everyone is new.Don't waste your time at this place. They are so many better places with better customer service. Truly incompetent!
