We are a commercial business and totally dislike the fact that we have to place our orders online. For anyone in a business you know this means you have to key in your order internally and then place one online. This works perfectly for Indigo but is awful for us as a customer.In reply to your response: We have been in business since the mid 1950s (so 40 plus years more than you) and we deal with orders well under $25 all the time but we process them for customers (without an extra charge) if that's what they'd like us to do. We do business with all of the market segments you mentioned and many more and I'm pretty sure we do a lot more business than you. In order to assist our customers through our ecommerce site though we offer software for our customers so that when they enter an order through our ecommerce site, the software processes the order into their ERP system so they don't have to manually enter the order again. These are the type of things we do to assist our customers instead of telling them to go find our products elsewhere.
