On time and a very helpful appontment. On my previous appontment the week before I aquired a system for my house land line phones. It changed my ability to hear people on the phone. It was the first time in years that I was able to hear my son on the phone. What a treat!I have been using k and h for about 12 years or more and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. I recommend them to future cliental.

Once again this clinic saved my life. I have debilitating constant tinnitus and the hearing aids they set me up with, TWICE, have changed my life and I now feel like I can do this i wasn’t able to before. I highly recommend this audiologists clinic for many reasons. It is clear that they care about the patient and not the money

I would sincerely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a hearing assessment or hearing aids. They helped my father-in-law in getting his hearing aid and most recently my elderly mother. They are knowledgeable and compassionate with the elderly, aware of individual challenges that some older clients may struggle with. We had the fortune of having Joyce Tang attend to my mother’s assessment and fittings ~ she is very gentle and thorough in her work, providing good recommendations and options we weren’t aware of. But I’ve found the entire staff to be as such. A great facility both for testing and product distribution.

My 19 yr-old daughter has been suffering from terrible, terrible tinnitus for the past 4 months. We have been to so many specialists, all of whom told us that there was nothing to be done for it. It was so bad she was having suicidal ideations.And then we met Karen Kahansky.The difference in my daughter after only ten minutes in Karen's office was marked....and by the time we left, she was smiling broadly and we were both crying from relief.Karen was so understanding and genuinely caring, so patient and empathetic, her manner and her expertise combined literally changed my daughter's life. She is a different girl than she was before the appointment.I can't say enough good things about Karen and what she does. I would recommend her to anyone in need of audiology services.Oh and also...the receptionist was very nice & the building is clean and modern and lots of parking.

My first hearing aid experience with someone who think about thire profit not patient interest. 4500$ hearing aid that after 8 months complain new audiologist told me isnot suitable for me and when i ask for down grade it, just told me ur probitinary time past. even nobody told me i have try time and i can change it. noone think abot me that with job i have i should pay lots of money as inteest and for long time for this hearing aid. im sorry deal with them

I've been seeing Karen for over 28 years! She's so knowledgeable and personable. As I've grown and my needs have changed, Karen's professional expertise and insight has always resulted in my receiving the products I need to function on a daily basis. Karen provides a very comprehensive service. She will fit your hearing aid and make sure its the right model for your type of hearing loss. She has been in the industry for over 30 years. She is always up on the latest technology. She is not like the big box" hearing aid dispensaries. If you want a good fit and a hearing aid that actually will help she is the person to call.
