Do not consign or shop here!!! I brought some clothing in for the first time and was met with nothing but utterly rude behavior from the owner. She looked through the bag at one or two items and said that my clothes were unwashed and that she couldn't take them. I certainly would not have brought unwashed clothes but her mind was made up and she completely dismissed looking at anything else and made me feel less than and dirty. Not a great way to treat a newby consigner.She was also complaining that she had so many clothes to go through." Do you like your job? If not

Had a horrible experience with this business. Rude owner with no people skills, and just a terrible physical location. Unfortunate to say but I'm not surprised to see so many negative reviews. Whats shocking is how shameless the owner is.That they refuse status cards is one thing, but that the business owner decides to brag about this on every negative review by sharing the news article outing them is another. Now the owner finally posts a coherent response to a negative review and it appears as though the owner is gaslighting the customers they're losing?It genuinely seems like this business wants to go out of business.

Rude staff. I can't believe I read that reply.. The owner clearly doesn't care about people.. Nice.I don't know this person that reviewed.. There is always 2 sides to a story but to reply like that for being a business owner.. Wow. Just omg wow.I've personally had bad experiences there with the staff the 3 times I've gone to shop. Left within minutes getting judged..

Worst consignment store ever. The owner Wilma is so RUDE, she has no customer service skills what so ever. (He son on the other hand is wonderful) I had a huge bag of girls dresses, that were beautiful most of them still had the tags on them, I went in December to drop them off, she looked through the bag and said they were more spring dresses and to come back in February. I brought them back in February, left them with her son, he said everything was great. I get an email a week later saying none of my items were accepted. I called and asked her why, she was nothing but rude to me on the phone and said my dresses were to old.

Honestly, the store is pretty gross. It smells weird, the clothing is very worn, and the staff are rude!Apparently I'm not the only one who feels this way. I went in before I read the reviews. It seems as though everyone is having the same experience.I have since checked out Style Encore and Style 360. What a HUGE difference with staff and quality of the clothing.Don't waste your time here.

I've been going to For You Consignment for close to 10 years now. I have always had a great experience when I go in. I love that they have Maternity clothes as well. That was so convenient as Maternity clothes are hard to find in store these days. I've been lucky finding some great kids outfits as well.Always look forward to my next visit to For You Consignment :)

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. It is very suspect what these people do...there is very little accountability of what they do with the clothes you bring them. First off it takes them a week to decide what they will or will not keep and then they take it upon themselves to just give your stuff away. How hard is it to decide on the spot and give you back your own clothes? Second, they don't bother to make you aware of what has and has not been sold. They act like they are doing you a favour and really don't seem to have a sense of what it customer service means.They are unprofessional and rude...as many people have attested to on here. I won't be going back and advise others to stay away from this place. The woman who runs it needs to be educated on how to speak to people and how to run a business!
