Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I drive out of my way to buy products from here. Personally I think they have the best selection in Kelowna. They are always my first choice. Great gift section too.

Been going for years, and the first time I've had a problem with some glass I got there (dab rig with these tiny holes that clog after the 4th hit, I had 5 friends over to try out the new piece and it was so clogged that the 5th person couldn't get any air through) I went back after 2 days and was told its not their problem all sales final on glass" "go call west coast gifts because that's where we get our glass"best part is after i called west coast gifts they said its the sellers responsibility to contact them

I placed an order online, I ordered a $150 dollar bong for my wife. They sent a defective bong with the finish on the bong that can wipe off onto your finger. These blotches where the finish wipes off is all over it. When I emailed them about this they just ignored it. None existent customer service.

Bought a $150 vape. There was no packaging and no instructions so was already sceptical. Took it home didn’t work. Took it back and they said oh you need a battery which cost more money. I said not part of the contract I want my money back and they said no! That’s a scam. Go to Arizer directly if you need a vape.

I bought a concentrate vaporizer that ended up being previously used. While I did have to walk back to the store, they happily replaced it and provided some trinkets as a kind gesture. They have a great selection of items, the staff is always friendly.

My order went very smoothly but I had a little trouble with my email viewing my invoice and tracking information. I contacted support and got this very very nice customer service representative. She provided me with the information I needed and explained to me why maybe I couldn't find. I contacted her several times and every time I did I could see her smiling face even though it was via email. I wish more customer service representative" were like her. Great company and I will order from them again."
