Starbucks

Normally I've had decent experiences at this location but recently they've been awful. The new girl on drive thru is terrible. I don't know her name but she has a very raspy voice and brown hair. The last several times I've driven up to the drive thru, I've had to wait for her to stop laughing into the mic to take my order. It's just kind of uncomfortable because it almost feels like she doesn't even care to do her job. She'll then completely ignore you at the window. The last 2 times she's messed up my drink too– drinks that are on the menu and not overly complicated. This time I ordered a Frappacino and asked for no whipped cream because of dietary concerns. She first came up to me and gave me the drink with what looked to be extra whipped cream. I told her I ordered it with none and she took the drink back. She didn't even remake it- she just dumped the whipped cream, along with a huge portion of the drink, and then handed it back to me. I'm usually already uncomfortable enough having to complain about one thing, so I didn't feel like I could complain again, even though I wanted to. I took the drink and left, unable to even drink it. I spent over $8 on a drink I couldn't even have and it wasn't even close to being full. My dietary constraints won't allow me to even enjoy the drink as it is now, since it was in contact with the whipped cream before. I'm also just shocked she thought it was alright to hand the drink back to be in the state it was in. The lid and cup were covered in liquid so it was sticky and looked awful. The fact that she even handed me a drink not even close to being full was also shocking to me. Even in the state it was in before, there was almost more whipped cream than there was Frappacino- which I have NEVER seen done before. Anyways, with this new employee, it's consistently been a bad experience for me and today was horrible. Very disappointed.

It is a cosy Starbucks with lots of seats in and out of the store.Fast preparing the order, the staffs were a little bit loud!

20 minute drive-thru wait, they took so long that while the line was short when we arrived it was to the road when we left. I Ordered a simple no mods Venti cappucino (the other person with me ordered a Tall Cappucino). I open my cup after we left as it felt light, and that's how full they made it. I know foam can melt but that's unacceptable.I understand there may have been a rush, but this is ridiculous.

Great drinks and lovely staff. I believe the young lady who served me was Mercy, she was super sweet and went along with my odd request for her to make me her favourite drink. The drink it’s self was amazing and one of my new faves too

The baristas at this location are always so friendly! When your drink is taking a bit longer to make, they will always chat with you and seem very happy. We've never had any issues with our orders and have never had any mistakes made. It's a very busy location, but they do their best to work through the line quickly. Definitely recommend.

I went to this Starbucks everyday while I was in town as it was close to where we were staying. My drink was always made perfectly (unlike some locations where the quality can vary widely). The baristas were always friendly and the service was always quick. Very much recommend!

Pretty consistent overall. You know what you’re getting. My fave is the egg white egg bites.

Line up for drive thru can spill onto Yonge St at times which is really unfortunate. Wish this location wasn't so cramped into a corner and had enough room

Went through this location yesterday evening to just grab a Trenta cup of iced water. Waited almost a minute at the drive-thru speaker before anyone greeted me, no attempt to upsell or apologize for the wait (as there was nobody in front of me nor in line inside). Got up to the window to just sit there while the window was closed and they talked while pouring the water. They lacked customer service and any friendly nature barista vibes that Starbucks is known for. Cute location but the staff did not seem like they wanted to be there.

Staff at this location is always friendly, we love to sit at one of the tables and have a hot or cool drink!
