Pretty disappointed with my first visit at TL.I made an appointment, took them nearly an hour later to start doing my manicure. I had to remind the nail technican to use acetone on my other hand before removing the gel polish.The most concerning moment the nail technican was about to use equipment that was used on a previous customer. I did say something, and a sterilized one was used.Just from my personal experience, I won't be revisting.

One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I booked an appointment, once I arrived I had to wait almost an hour before the technician was ready for me. While I was waiting I asked how much long it would be and was told 10 minutes. I understand appointments can run behind but be transparent with your customers when it comes to timing!!!After waiting an hour for terrible service (very sloppy application) I woke up the next day with an infection!!Get it together Kayla!!!

Good nail service but they don't listen when you tell them to stop because they don't want people to think bad of them. I had my nails done for Halloween and told them my nails are thin and shouldn't be sanded down, they sanded it down, and my whole nail ripped off. I came back a week later and asked them to trim my nails down to normal size and they took off the whole acrylic nail. I asked them to stop but they kept going until the acrylic was completely gone. I told them to leave just a little red on my nails but they said they wouldn't because they don't want people to think they did that. Then they charged me for that.
