Been to this clinic about 4 times. It is one of the most expensive but I was willing to pay to have better service. Vet was care was average. Clinic does not honour food policy. If your pet does not like their food don’t bother trying to bring it back for an exchange. Front desk staff rude. Won’t go back.

We took our cat here when we first got her, about 6 years ago. Had an issue with throwing up her chow that had traces of blood in it. Vet suggested we supplement/mix her regular chow with a high protein prescription dry food. So we did and have been since, at a cost of $40 per small bag over 6 years, that's a lot of $40+ over the 6 years. Issue of throwing up, blood especially stopped with the high protein food mixed in. So today I call to purchase 2 more bags, what I've purchased every time since first visit. Was told you haven't had your cat here in quite some time..." To which I replied
