The lady working here on Friday, March 31, 2023 in the opening shift was TERRIBLE.She has the worst customer service skills. She talks to you like she is talking to someone else.Then she prepares my food and puts it on the side, barely mentioned that it was ready.I did not know if she was talking to me, so I continued waiting. She started working on something else and did not even mention my food is ready a second time. I was standing there with my hands in my pockets waiting for my food, and when I walk over to the other side I see my food there. Probably sitting there for 5 minutes.She is ruining this business. I will not be returning to this franchise ever again. I will also be complaining to head office if I don't get a response from the owner of the store.Extremely rude service. I'm not coming for a free meal, I am paying money for the food. I do not deserve to treated with such disrespect.I will wait a couple days before I contact head office.

When I first visited Freshii, I wasn't sure what to order and the staff was very helpful and polite to me. Their service was excellent, and I had a Teriyaki Twist bowl that was amazing. The quality was top-notch and the taste was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The personnel operated the restaurant in a very professional manner, keeping it tidy and clean. Would undoubtedly return frequently.

Asked for a chicken Teriyaki bowl with quinoa instead of rice, got home and there was no chicken in my bowl. Employee claimed I never said chicken when I called back and told her what happened ....funny enough, It's actually the ONLY thing I ever order when I go to Freshii, so I know what I said!! It's whatever - just won't go back to this location in Brampton.

First time in and certainly won't be my last.Had a desire for a nice salad and their selections was vast and enticing. Client service was A1 as I struggled to make my combination I was assured they would meet my needs.Settled on a Cobb salad combo and it was a good choice as I enjoyed every bit of it.Limited indoor seating was available which I took advantage of also.

Please change your gloves when you leave from serving food to go in the back and grab supplies. Or use tongs to pick up food and put in the bowls. twice I had to leave because staff are using dirty gloves to pick up food or make a wrap. I left even after paying!!! Very slow service too be prepared to spend atleast 15 mins every time! Food is good but I gave this location enough chances I just can't look pass cleanliness.

Very clean restaurant with well trained staff. Staff was polite and knowledgeable and very efficient at preparing the food. Several items on the menu are gluten free which is perfect for a Celiac like me. Current favorites are the bamboo bowl and the butternut squash soup.

I got healthy brunch and it's so delicious and they follow proper hygiene process, change their gloves while making each order, staff are so polite and nice.Perfect customer service.Highly recommend to everyone

First time i went there in person. Did not know what I was doing at all. Wish I knew the name of who checked me out bcos he was so patient with me. The protein bowl was A1 as well. All staff were great.
