10/10 would recommend. Steve is extremely professional and provides a top notch service. Very quick response rate for contact and a very knowledgeable outdoorsman when it comes to safe conditions and fishing. He is very patient and will teach you everything you need to know about your target species down to the lure technique and colours. I will definitely be contracting him for his services down the road.

The best guide on Simcoe. 20 plus Lake Trout in one day is a pretty good outing. Capped it off with a small mouth. Great day, great fishing, great guide. Highly recommend.

Had an awesome experience fishing with SR fishing! Steve met us at the lake at 7am and we were hooked up on a laketrout by 7:15… the day revolves around pike and boy did we learn! Hooked into the biggest pike we have ever seen and learned a lot about patters and temp!Steve was accommodating for both my son and myself and had an overall awesome experience! I highly recommend fishing with Steve and defiantly will be back!10/10 experience!

I’m predominantly a saltwater fisherman and live in the states. In Canada for a business trip and wanted to scratch a Northern Pike & Lake Trout off my bucket list. Steve got it done in half a day! Dude knows the structure of his lakes better than I know my house. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic day - weather was not very good early and Steve adjusted or charter time to make sure we were comfortable and had a great opportunity to catch fish - limited out on small mouth bass - Steve is a special human - great guide and conversationalist- would do this again for sure!

Had an unreal time with Steve, we were caught a fish on our first cast and he kept us on them all morning and afternoon. Had my 6 and 8 yr old with me and he was patient and beyond helpful the entire time. Can’t wait until the next trip!

Second time out with SR fishing and didn't disappoint. Always a good time with lots of laughs. Steve knows Simcoe as good or better than any other guide. Put me on some monster Laker's until my arm almost fell off. Definitely going to be a yearly trip.
