This has been our 3rd year at Grand Palms and we absolutely LOVE it. Our family is making amazing memories here! It’s clean, inclusive, they allow ATV’s which is a huge passion in our family.Key long weekends are always full of fun activities, like fireworks, live bands, HUGE bonfires so everyone can gather and mingle.A bonus perk- ATV safety seminars have been provided for all ages!My family is so grateful to have a seasonal in such a friendly fun community and are fortunate to be a part of it as they continue to develop! ❤️

Terrible:You are not allowed to bring your own firewood you have to buy theirs.$50 for an 1/8 of a cord that was dampspruce and pine. Our campsite was not level and had no privacy; no trees, wide openThe bathroom is not accessible 24/7,it gets locked at 10 pm then unlocked at 7 - 8:30 amShowers were out of order, the pool is not in working condition either.Save your money and go elsewhere!

This is a great place to relax. This place has hydro and water hook ups for your camper/RV .There is a little general store, play structure the kids, basket ball court, splash pad, pool, and laundry facility. The water is well water, but it's treated well water, no sulphur smell, or weird taste

First off when I arrived it was very confusing as to which sites were available. I was given a site they had assigned but told I could take other site if I liked better. Which was fine. I had booked months ago. They do not let you pick site when you book. The assign a site to you when you arrive. The whole booking process was also a bit of a joke. Their website is completely useless and if you email for info you don’t get a reply. Why give option of email then. The site was ok had some weeds that in my opinion could have been cut but was usable. The fact they lock bathrooms from 10 at night till 10 am is also a joke. Only one shower worked and was ice cold. Also showers are coin operated which is another thing they don’t tell you. So doing some research on this place while I was there it seems like showers haven’t worked in years. Same with splash pad. I seen lots of people hit the splash pad button. This place should not advertise services that don’t work. I feel for the families of young kids who planned on splash pad. I was considering a seasonal here so did a weekend to check it out. Glad I did. I personally will not be back.

It was clean and it had full service. The gate being closed a couple of nights was a little odd but the staff were very friendly. The guests around us were friendly and I think there is a great family atmosphere there.

I'm sure it's great for seasonal campers but for nightly rentals it's not. There was a pile of vomit in our site. Rather than clean it up for us, they gave us a spray hose so we could clean it up ourselves.Having to buying $50 of wood is a cash grab.Rentals are directly next to an open area where quads race around. There is no sound barrier so it's super noisy. There's limited greenery blocking you from the next campsite, so you hear everything your neighbors say.Saying it's 500 feet from the east gate of Grand Beach sounds like it's close to the beach. What it should say is from the east gate of Grand Beach Provincial Park". And it's way more than 500 feet! That being said

Great friendly people with kids and smiles everywhere. Their Halloween theme with the decorating contest and trick or treating was awesome! However, expanding too quickly has decreased the value and their ability to maintain services.

We rented the trailer they have this past summer. The park itself was under construction, but it wasn't loud at all!!We were clos enough to Grand Beach and the owners of the park were super accommodating. Desiree was super cheerful too.We shall be coming back this summer, I hope.It was well worth the money.

Overall not a fan - we did not feel safe or comfortable and left a day early. Probably better for seasonal campers and especially those with ATVs but I would not recommend for weekend outings.Longer explanation below for patient readers.Campstite issues:- Campsite was brand new and we were first to use it. I feel they overbooked and gave us a campsite that was not ready.- Water connection (faucet) had broken handle that was repaired promptly once identified.-Campsite was provided based on stated preference for a treed campsite. There were trees but they did not provide much for shade or privacy. We could clearly see all the campers on our bay and the neighboring bay.- Trees/posts at entrance corners make entrances very tight, so getting your trailer in or out is a very difficult exercise. We actually had to drive on a significant part of the front portion of another campsite for both arrival and departure. We have a Grey Wolf 23MK, not the smallest trailer but not one of the bigger ones either.- Utilities are all the way at the very front of the campsite. This probably makes the campsite easier/cheaper to build but it is in the way when pulling out and you will need extension cords and a long water hose.- Brand new campsite was not level. Understandable in hilly terrain but not here.- inadequate space for parking.Promised/advertised items not provided:- Website promised firepit and picnic table. Neither were present on a brand new campsite and my wife was not impressed.- Advertised potable water hookup" but there is a long term boil water advisory. See belowDrinking water safety:- There is a boil water advisory that has been in place since 18-June-2015. . . 6 full years and the issue has not been addressed.- We were not informed at check-in. Instead we had to be observant when using the public restroom
