Walked in. Lady whiping tables looked at us and we asked if we could sit anywhere Couldn't understand her at all place looks like a ghost town compared to what it used to be. We left and said screw it if they can't acknowledge a customer then they don't need our business very much.

- (new review)Editing m y previous review as i always loved Pizza hut and specially chatham pizza hut. But I don’t know what happened to their food its taste is not same anymore. I always ask for light pizza sauce but they always put more than extra pizza sauce. Complaint to customer service and in store many times but its still the same. Customer service is also not the same, they never greet and even don’t want to say hello! Used to be my regular pizza place. Posting picture as well for reference which include a year ago picture and right now.- (previous review about a year ago) love their customer service, food always great, they have indian taste in their food thats why i love to go their. Ron is very friendly and always welcoming. A lot of parking available and decent price of food. 4 stars

Trash! Tried their “new” pizza melts. They were NOT made fresh! We got melts that had been sitting in a warmer for who knows how long. Pasta had barely any sauce and was missing the chicken that we paid extra for. Wings were mediocre at best with all the sauce in the bottom of the container, none on the wings. Ownership has changed and it shows. Spent $50.00. Save your money.Better yet... order from domino’s!

Our pizza was great! Couldn't believe the restaurant area no longer has servers. Might as well close it off & just have a kiosk for ordering & take out.

Apparently not “dine-in” anymore. Was told (rudely) to order from a menu taped to a table and then they would let us sit at the tables still in the dining area.Restaurant was filled with smoke from an apparent kitchen fire by the sounds of the shouting staff.Staff members ignored us after looking at the menu so we went elsewhere.

Pizza is always good. Strange that the chatham location does not have eat in service. You can order a pizza and sit down to eat it but no waiting staff to assist. Had a bogo internet coupon so we had 2 medium pizzas for 25 bucks.
