The staff are wonderful at this store, and I got a great deal for some limited edition things I was purchasing. I really loved the experience I had shopping here. If only the store were closer to where I live, then I would shop here all the time. Even then, I still will come back often for big purchases like T.V.s and other great products they provide.5 Stars.

The owner likes to shout at every customer and speaks in a very passive aggressive tone when you're trying to decide to tell our problem She tells EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that this is the best deal in market right now"

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Store has a great selection with good prices. They helped me get setup with everything I need to have my subwoofers installed. Highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their stereos.

I found this shop on Kijiji for the JBL Charge 5 and visited them shortly after. They were able to beat prices for a brand new product by $20! Additionally, there is 3 month warranty and they spent time understanding what I wanted and comparing products. Thanks so much!

This electronic store survives off of ripping people off...bought a microphone a month ago, and the product was completely filled with sand...and not functional. And as you see in the pictures, there's no refund or exchange policy...so I'm stuck with a faulty product. At least I find closure knowing that BOSS SOUND will one day close down along with woodbine mall and then hopefully they will stop selling faulty electronics with no refunds or exchanges.....they're claiming they will honor a refund or exchange....but it's been over a month and they just finally replied to my review so that says a lot.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Just called this store to inquire about a Nintendo Switch Console and if they had any new sealed in stock. I was looking to buy a birthday gift for a special someone and the guy that answered the phone did not answer the question I asked which I repeatedly asked “any new sealed boxes” he kept pushing and aggressively insisting me to purchase an open box which I did not want. I live in Pickering so wanting to confirm if he had any new sealed Nintendo Switch console he turned aggressive and said come in the store and disconnected. I did not get his name but it was terrible customer service and unwelcoming. Much better service at the bigger block stores I am surprised this store is still in business with such bad attitude.

Worst customer service by any means. You give them a call and ask for a product, they say come in we have it, you ask for a price and they say hey don’t give prices over the phone. All while being very passive aggressive on the phone. The women/wife is very aggressive on the phone and in the store while the man/husband is nicer and by far more calm and collect. Please refrain from shopping at this disrespectful mom and pop store.

The given one star is really more than they deserve as they haven't deserve any star from the customers.Such a pathetic place and arrogant people. They haven't provide adequate answers if you ask the price and questions about the product, if you just look the product by turning it on then they give us an odd reaction and tells by their behavior that don't touch the product. most of the things are overpriced and outdated. I was wanting one speaker and I asked about the price and I compare it with Amazon, then I found they were making me fool as Amazon were providing in such a low and acceptable price. When I asked them to do price match then they answered me that they don't do price match as it's a no name business and they are the decision maker.There is one boy who behaves odd like a insensitive and arrogant.I really suggest everyone not to go over there as they will make you full as they are clearly practicing thug business. Such a bad experience.❌❌❌❌❌
