Had an amazing experience getting my re-cert for standard first aid.Sydney was an excellent instructor. She was able to connect with the class using her extensive experience to relate to first aid situations where she has acted as a first aider, and examples of situations she has witnessed. She took time to ensure that every student left feeling more confident in their skill set, which was remarked by several of my colleagues.10/10 Would recommend.

Our instructor, Kim, was outstanding! Kim had much first-hand experience and knowledge of the material taught. She is an excellent instructor, providing many real-life examples to help us remember the material. Kim is an excellent instructor and I highly recommend Big Hearts First Aid for any First Aid/CPR/related courses!

Recently took the blended online/in person Standard First Aid and CPR course with Kaitlyn! Can't say this enough, she made it so enjoyable and really engaging for me! I have taken many First Aid courses and this one has definitely stood out to me! Amazing job Kaitlyn!!! Highly recommend taking your First Aid certification with Big Hearts First Aid!!

Amazing first aid certification experience!I had Kaitlyn and Kim as instructors and thy were both wonderful! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I was impressed by their ability to keep the course immersive and entertaining but also jam packed with important information!I highly recommended Big Hearts First Aid for any first aid training you may need!

Kaitlyn was great instructor. It’s impressive to have that much enthusiasm for teaching first aid to a bunch of strangers who will only be there for one day. Especially when they are awkward, withdrawn, bored, etc.I actually did a CPR course with St. Mark James the week before, but I took the wrong course and needed to get one that included first aid. I took the course again through Red Cross and Big Hearts, and my experience was 1000 times more polished and way more useful.

I HIGHLY recommend Big Hearts First Aid! I just completed my training and had Kelsey M as my instructor- she was amazing! She made the class fun, she kept it interesting, and taught in a way that was easy to follow and understand! This was one of many First Aid Courses I have taken over the years and it was by far the best. I will be booking again when it comes time for my recertification.

I took my first aid course here and thought it was really great. I had Kaitlyn for my insturctor. She was full of energy and made the class fun and interesting. I am not a morning person and normally have trouble focusing in the early am but she made the course really engaging and I had no trouble learning the content.

Kaitlyn was an amazing trainer and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Coming from someone that has to take CPR/AED yearly for work, the course with Big Hearts was one of the best I have taken. Kaitlyn's teaching approach made the class easy to learn and follow plus a lot of fun. Highly recommend taking your course with Big Hearts.
