I would like to honor the girl who made sandwiches at noon today. Even though she was super busy, and encountered technical issues and some rude customers, she still keeps a positive attitude and gives me my meal with a big smile. Thank you to make me the day.

The wrap was great, service as well. There was a long line up. There was some crumbles and garbage in the dining area.

Decent tims usually quite fast and accurate orders. The only issue is they need a better system for the line up and pick ups. The line is way to Shor and ends up being a pot of people bunched up not knowing if they are in the line or waiting for food. And yay they brought back the chocolate Danish

Unbearably slow. I visited on a Friday afternoon with only three customers ahead of me, and four employees were working. Nevertheless, I waited 20 minutes waiting for a coffee. What a time-waster.

It’s chilly so I ordered a large ice coffee no ice. Barista gave me half cup drink. I can accept 80% but not 50% full. Her attitude was mean. Will never come here.

Stood in line for 20 min for 1 coffee that was to say the least not hot and fresh when i got it. I assume it is under new management and spiraled downhill since. Not recommending this location!

My preference is chocolate, glazed honey crueller look at the photos and tell me if these donuts are glazed, please. Because the clerk argued with me that that’s how they glaze the donuts I feel that Tim Hortons is losing control of their locations and restaurant managers and owners are cutting corners And cheeping out on ingredients to save money. Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

After a few days of slow service, I finally timed them. It took 16 minutes to get a coffee. 5 employees working, only 4 people in front of me, no one even ordered anything challenging. All but one employee were busy cleaning. I think the manager overemphasizes meanial tasks and underemphazises customer service.
