Wow. I stopped by this A&W late one night to get a fast meal. It was NOT fast. I sat at the drive thru for over 25 minutes waiting! Absolutely ridiculous. And I was the only one there. It should not take that long to make a burger and some fries. Very disappointed. Go faster! It’s called fast food!

Ordered 2 crispy chicken BLTS with extra mayo, got 1 slice of half cooked bacon on each burger with a bit of salad dressing and no receiptEdit: the AWs from where im from are 4-5 stars, fresh version of mcdonalds burgers. This felt less fresh than an the authentic from burgerking.. I just want fresh AW

This location is fantastic! Prompt, personable efficient service! Any time a minor error has been made, management corrects it before I would have had a chance to bring it up even if I thought it was worth bringing up. They are the only fast food location I've ever been to that genuinely cares about their customer service! Keep it up team!

1. Wrong drink was handed to me.2. She corrected and handed me my regular size frozen cold brew.3. Please tell me why this is not filled? I just paid $6.10 for a drink that is 3/4 filled.

I was unfortunate to be the recipient of one of the worst displays of incompetence I have ever witnessed out of a fast food restaurant.I was a drive thru customer and ordered 2 burger combos, one of them with no lettuce which I confirmed 3 times.The place was dead, 1 customer eating inside and me and only me going through the drive thru but the guy at the window insisted I pull around after paying despite there not being another car behind me for another 5 minutes.I arrived at 8:20PM and I wouldn't recieve my food until 8:50PM despite there being no other customers, once I did receive my food one burger was undercooked and the cheese wasn't melted and the other one, the one I ordered without lettuce had no other toppings but lettuce.All of this is part of a steep decline in both customer service and food quality I have witnessed these past couple months.I really hope this location straightens up its act and starts performing to the standard that customers expect out of A&W

Got beyond meat burgers here with sweet potatoes and onion rings and it was very delicious. Service was wonderful! They were so nice and swift, we had a great experience

My kids love their food, I suppose we all do... However frustrating that even for simple orders of chicken strips and a burger we have to pull ahead and wait ... Not exactly 'Fast Food'... But won't stop us from returning, just an annoyance.

I ordered a meal and explicitly told them about a severe allergy that could potentially put me in the hospital. They completely ignored me. No apology, just excuses. They also informed me that they do not wear gloves. None of us could even begin to eat our meals. Such a disappointment. We will not order nor eat here again.
