It has been quite a few years back when I met Ross Gunn the 1st time ( ~15 years ), I believe I called Mary Penwill and she insisted that Ross meets me in my shop and shows me some samples for my individual needs.It was/is a connection I never forget, as he showed me and explained me how to sand and how the grid, the orbit or direction the pressure all effect the result of the sanded surface and even mentioned to hook up the Vacuum to the sander, which was not a thing back then.I believe we chatted for an afternoon and he gave me ideas and informed me about basic machinery that I can use to make my life easier and outcome better.Ross and Mary are still with Hermes to this day. Now Curtis has become my new sanding products professional and he is very educated/hands-on/good human being and again taught/showed me a few more tricks that I did not know about, and I am in the woodworking field for a long time now.Hermes, You got a great Team of Professionals here, thank you.
