SquidPoxy Epoxy Resin Supplier

J'ai commandé leurs produits à partir de leurs site internet et lorsque la commande est arrivé l'emballage était loin d'être conforme aux normes de poste Canada. Les bouteilles ont coulés dans la boite. Ils ont essayé de faire un seul paquet avec les 3 boites. J'essaie de les rejoindre depuis quelques jours et je n'ai pas de retour d'appels. J'ai fait une demande sur Facebook pour leur groupe et je suis toujours sans réponse. Je viens de faire une demande de rétro-facturation auprès de Visa étant donné que je suis sans nouvelles. J'aurais dû y penser étant donné que leurs inventaires est pratiquement à sec.

I had previously been a loyal customer of Squidpoxy and I have purchased the same brand of Squidpoxy Art resin for a few years now. I recently bought my usual 3 gallons, but when it arrived it was horrible. I used it as I usually do for flowers but as soon as I poured it I knew it was wrong. The smell was overwhelming. Previously the same kind had no smell. It was thick. It immediately flash cured and turned caramel colour. I contacted them and they informed me that they had changed the formula drastically. There is no mention of the change in formula on the website. They offered me 20% off my next purchase but would not provide a refund. The same product name and look but vastly different new product. Full of bubbles. Went from up to 1.5” pour to 1/4” pour. Can’t even get past the smell.

This is by far one of if not the best quality epoxy resin on the market today. The clarity and vibrance of colour it provides mixed with the fact that there is less bubbles produced then any other epoxy resin makes this my favourite epoxy to use. Needless to say I am a happy customer and will be using this product from now on.

Fantastic company with lovely staff who couldn't be more helpful, the product is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted and more to top it off their prices are hugely competitive. Exactly how business should be done!
