We stopped in to look at master bedroom furniture. The showroom is lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Dan assisted us and was quick to offer suggestions for the space we described. He was very helpful, not pushy, let us look around, checked in frequently to make sure we were still doing okay. Ultimately we returned the next day as other furniture stores left us less than impressed. Dan was able to put together an amazing deal for us on an 8 piece king bed set and made some great recommendations. If you need furniture for your home I would highly recommend stopping in here. I had an amazing experience with the Thunder Bay Ashley Homestore. Rosie was very helpful with the purchase of a couch and a coffee table. I had an issue with the couch upon transport and I was able to get a replacement piece with no issues. I will definitely continue to shop at Ashley Homestore. Thank you Rosie and customer service!

I highly recommend Chris Pystanski at the Ashley HomeStore in Thunder Bay. I already knew what I wanted after visiting the store a few months before... working with Chris. I reached out to him in an email as I wanted to continue to work with him. He saved me so much time and effort. My order was quoted and placed quickly and smoothly. The sale price was great so hats off to Ashley for that. I have more to purchase and look forward to working with Chris again.

Couch and love seat took a lot longer than I expected. Wendy our sale staff was great. Called me back and answered my questions every time. No matter how silly I seemed.

Great service, great furniture! I dealt with Mat recently when purchasing a new sectional and couldn't be happier with the service we received. I found a couch on the Ashley website that they didn't have a floor model for, but Mat was able to show me something similar from the same line so I could test it out and get an idea of what it would look like in person. He was very knowledgeable about the products and able to answer all my questions. Super friendly and easy to chat with as well. I also didn't feel pressured into making a purchase which I really appreciate!There was a major wait time between ordering my furniture and receiving it due to COVID (about 6-7 weeks), but Mat communicated that very clearly from the beginning and was careful not to make any promises he couldn't keep. I was given a roughly estimated date but was told that it was likely to change, and they communicated with me whenever they had new information. I have ordered furniture from a number of places during the pandemic so I was prepared for a long wait, but Ashley was the first store to be honest and open about the uncertainty with delivery times - others kept making empty promises and giving excuses, which is far more frustrating than just saying up front that you don't know/don't have an answer.We've had our new couch for a little over a month now and are very happy with the purchase. The delivery service they used was fantastic and reasonably priced, the couch looks true to my expectations, and it is very comfortable and seems to be durable so far. I will definitely be returning to Ashley for my next furniture purchase!

I had a wonderful experience at Thunder Bay’s Ashley home store. Matt and Rosie were fantastic! We left with exactly what we wanted. So happy with the quality of the customer service I received. The couch is so comfortable and really well made. Would definitely recommend this location and this salesperson! A+ service!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at Ashley Homestore in Thunder Bay. Recently I bought a sectional that when I brought home, I wasn’t happy with due to various reasons. I contacted management and right away they were willing to find a solution that would leave me a happy customer. All throughout the recent lockdown, management has been responsive and very helpful to ensure I was ultimately pleased. They’ve worked diligently over the phone while stock has been limited and in person service is unavailable. I cannot thank management and staff enough. Thanks Ashley for demonstrating exemplary customer service and support.

We outfitted our living and dining room from Ashley furniture and Dan was great to deal with. The qualityAnd pricing were hard to beat anywhere else. The customer service from Justin after the sale has been exceptional. We plan to purchase more from Ashley in the future.

Salesman/manager Matt was super helpful! Showed me lots of couches and recliners until I found something I liked. No pressure tactics, I left, price checked around with the competitors (because everyone sells Ashely stuff) before I came back for what I wanted.One of the best places to buy Ashley Products in Thunder Bay!
