BUY YOUR PAINT AT A PAINT STOREThe staff is excellent, helps you, never push you to stuff you don't need, share the sales, explain everything, etc. The store is organized, had everything I needed (even the color samples so I could share which color I have on my wall etc).To be honest, last time I had to do some painting I went to Canadian Tire. But after getting some feedback from colleagues they all told me to go to a paint store and I am happy with the result. Got an easier job as I got the right tools and support. Never going to buy paint at Canadian Tire again. and the price is not that different.

First experience outside of Benjamin Moore and I can say I'll never go back! Lorne had amazing recommendations for the different types of paint we would need for cabinets, trim and walls as well as everything from rollers to primers. His customer service, knowledge and pricing could not be beat!

Went in to purchase paint for my kitchen. I asked for white paint and was told the extra white I got was the purest white they had. Had my house painted with the paint and it had blue undertones. I asked for a white paint not something with any undertones. My entire kitchen has to be repainted at an extra cost now. I am highly disappointed in the level of service and knowledge I received.

Sherwin Williams (Georgetown, ON) staffs answered my questions thoroughly and helped me pick the right products. I was very happy with the Emerald paint & H&C (concrete) hydro defend. The thick paint was easy to apply with no dripping. The paint coats adhered strongly and dried into a shiny and beautifully rich colour on my front and garage doors. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams.

Received excellent service from Lorne at the Georgetown location! He took the time to locate old contractor orders to solve the problem of paint that was not matching. He took the time to review all the profiles to determine that the contractor had ordered a different type of paint, not a different colour, so that I was able then to match the older painted surface to do a quick repair. This was a huge help since I did not have to repaint the whole room!Great customer service which went well beyond what was expected!
