We ordered some wraps, sandwiches and soups. The cream and broccoli is actually like water and broccoli, we brought it back to the counter, told the cashier about it, it is so liquid like added water into it, not creamy at all, we ask if they can exchange to a different soup, the chicken noodle soup we ordered was fine. But their reply was “ it is what it is, no exchange. We were very disappointed with their service.

Terribly run but the cashier staff are trying their best. Management must be absolutely terrible. Place is always dirty to the point you don't want to touch anything. They prioritize every skip the dishes and app order so you just stand and wait forever until the customers start turning on each other for who gets the bagel. Avoid this location , I just started the negotiations for a refund after 25 mins. The cashier was apologetic and understanding and definitely was not the 1st time she had witnessed this.

I love this branch so much.It gets crowded sometimes.The staff are nice.The prices of Tim’s in general are affordable.The menu is great (you can have a cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a dessert)

Mistake in my order. Refunded by cash even though I payed with card. Let me take the line 2 times to correct their mistake. When I asked for water for my 2 children waiting for food they said take a line because we charge 10c for the cup. Rude manager

Extremely slow service. I’m pretty sure this Tim Hortons has the slowest service in the lower mainland. Grabbing just 1 coffee should not take 20 mins. I’ve been here multiple times, and every time it’s been slow. The staff give priority to the food delivery companies and don’t care about walk in customers. There’s multiple reviews stating the same about the service speed. Some improvement would be nice.

The coffee here is the worst of any tim hortons I've ever been to. Ice coffee is either really bitter or tastes watered down. Regular coffee is undrinkable. I wouldn't drink it for free. Go to the Mcdonalds or the local coffee shop Coffee and Vanilla up the street.

worst service tims i have been to, waiting like forever, pretty slow staff working not like a fast food store; Line up to my turn, standing in front of the counter and no one speak to me or care me for about 5mins… then I just have no way but leftPs: there is a homeless sit in the corner and coughing all the time which scared me. Hope the staffs are well trained

This poor store is so understaffed to meet the demand of morning rushes. The workers are doing the best they can but we're all only human.Edit: This issue doesn't give anyone the right to be more uppity or rude to the staff. If you want quicker service, go to McD's or Starbucks where they have 5-50 staff at one time

Waited 15 minutes patiently for my iced coffee. They didn’t think to ask what I was still waiting for as they served everyone behind me. I finally informed them “still waiting- my ride left” and they finally started my order. I got an apology- I guess that’s the best they can do.

This Tim’s is the worst run location I have ever been to. Beyond slow, lineups out the door always understaffed. Does not matter what time of day it’s always slow. Staff are nice just not enough of them. I don’t know how many 1 star reviews a place needs to receive to make changes but here’s to another one I guess! Avoid if you don’t have 30minutes to spare!
