Bradbury Small Family Farm

Terrific freezer meats and maple syrup. Quality products all the way around.

We recently stopped by Bradbury Farms a few weeks ago and chatted with the owner who was so nice. She seemed so sweet and she sold us on the quality of their meats. We bought some breakfast sausage, schnitzel, steaks and chops. I was a bit concerned when I saw everything was wrapped in butchers paper as it is not the best protection for freezing.I should have asked if everything was wrapped in plastic under the paper.. My bad.When we arrived home we fried up the schnitzel and it smelled strange. We each had a bite and it had turned out to be freezer burn and off tasting. Two days ago the same with the breakfast sausage and the chops. Both were completely inedible. This morning I unwrapped the steaks, and they were also completely freezer burnt!Aside from the eggs we bought all $95.00 worth of meat was bad and inedible. We hate wasting food and for the prices they charge, they could ask their meat packer to vacuum pack everything to avoid this waste of food and disappointment.I didn't want to write this but it's really unfair as we live far away (too far to return the product) and no doubt it's not an issue/problem unique to our order.

We buy goat feed, chicken feed, and beef from the Bradbury’s farm. The Jones feed that is offered has kept my hens and goats healthy and happy; the chickens lay such strong shelled and nutritious eggs with no digestive issues. Their beef is absolutely delicious, and it feels so good to know the cow that served his purpose was raised with love and in the best care…just around the corner from us! Tom and Jeanette are an awesome duo!

Great friendly folks. You can get your bird seeds, meat and many other items here. Jeanette and Tom are great and Gaby is such a good dog.

We picked up some sausage and burgers for the BBQ and we were pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. The family is extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We will be going back for more, highly recommended.
