Have had a storage space here for a couple months now and it's great. Friendly staff when I signed up for the rental of the space and also when I needed help for bringing stuff to my storage. Open 24/7 with keypad code access. Also the place is super clean!

Great place. Easy to access from the main entrance or the loading dock in the back. You can back your vehicle up into the loading area. Lots of options in-terms if unit sizes. I’ve only been there once so I can’t give a full review but one thing I noticed is that not everyone returns the carts back so I was lucky to find one at the loading dock. I did see some around the halls later on which is what I mean by not being returned. Also there are different size carts which I obviously didn’t know. The one I had was bigger so getting into the elevator was tricky.

Disappointed in the management of it all. I booked online which was the only part that went well. I specifically asked to pay in person, but I also needed access the day off and couldn't wait for staff to arrive at 9:30am in the morning as I was arriving earlier. The guy over the phone said that if I paid online, I would not need to go to the office during staff hours to have access to the unit. So I opted in since I was arriving early morning and wanted to move out of my car all my boxes into a unit, before heading out into town. When I arrive, the code was not working. Called their number, the agent over the line said I would have to wait for the staff to arrive in order to have access, but sent a note to them to change the number asap when they arrive. I asked and checked online for their hours and it was 9am-5pm (even tho on the phone they said 9:30am to 5pm). I was on a timeline and couldn't wait for the staff to arrive. That forced me to find a secure parking in town because with the value of what was inside my car, I couldn't just park it anywhere. I received a text message saying they changed the password soon after opening. Later that day, I managed to arrived at 16:30 right before they would close. Staff closed earlier and again no one on site was available. Luckily, the new code worked, but when I went inside. which ever map I looked at, none were showing my unit number. Called again the help phone line & they said they were going to send an emergency message to their staff to reach out to me asap. (never got the call). I had to search for well above 30 minutes inside this labyrinth to figure out where it was. Unit was fine, nothing wrong with it, but the process to get there was just more painful than it had to be. Not mad at the employees, not their fault, but this process could have been way better. Tried reaching out to get compensation for the troubles, still no replies at the moment of this message.

I came this morning and unfortunately my lock got stuck and I was throwing a fit panicking and as I was leaving this gentleman named Dimitri who works here calm me down took care of me made me feel important. His customer service skills were off the hook and he is an absolute asset to this company. I have had a storage unit for a few months now and it has been a great experience. The storage facility is clean, the service is amazing and the staff has been very friendly and responsive. Jeremy was super nice and extremely helpful. He definitely made the whole experience of moving and storing stuff a lot more easy and manageable.Thank you so much for the great service. Very impressive service. Had all the necessary equipment to make the process go very smoothly. Love the 24 hour access. Reasonable pricing as well. All in all, a very nice experience.

Happy with service and price. Chris was very polite and helpful.Locker was particularly dirty with an oil stain before we stored our items. I wouldn’t store any mattresses, clothes or fabric furniture here long term. But ok for camping and sport equipment.Storage should be cleaned prior to renting out to customers.

I give 4, only because I haven't rented a unit yet. However the help I got from Brandon made it easier to decide, as he explained everything included from pricing of the units, down to them having their own professional moving company if needed. Let's see if that goes to 5 after renting. Thanks again!

We rented a unit for 6 months to store our whole 5 1/2 furniture and the service was excellent. Customer service on the phone as well as in the facility is outstanding. The place is always clean and plus they have half price off during off season. Recommend
