Bargain Club Super Store

Had a horrible experience with this store, the lady at the front who was the cashier was extremely distracted by her phone like she didn't even want to take my money after buying a few things. Also she didn't bag my items so I had to bag them myself which isn't the worst thing in the world but I feel like the cashier should at least offer to bag your items for you.Noticed a lot of things in there that were either higher than most places like household stuff such as pots and pans and the war even name brand ones as well such as T-Fal or any of those brands. Be extremely careful buying food from the store because I've noticed a few things that were way past the shelf date like I saw some stuff that was expired two-plus years ago that is extremely unacceptable to sell. That can make somebody sick and potentially have a massive lawsuit against you.I don't know why the stores don't take the time to go around and look at their food items and check the dates on them it doesn't take a long time to do it it seems like they care about selling something for whatever they can get rather than throw the item out which they should be doing will never be back at the store again

It may look a little rough on the outside, but has allot if great stuff inside. Some cool finds like fancy rugs, to everyday needs like bleach. Overall some fair prices. And some very kind workers. Place is huge you won't leave empty handed.

One of a king large fascility in this neighborhood.Big store, lots of things available in this COVID-19 crisis time as well.Prices are a bit high now but that is the case everywhere these days.Nice staff, specially the Manager Mr. Khan.Great location, just Infront of Lansdowne station.But no car parking available.

This place is exactly what it looks like. Take this place at face value and you'll love it. Great bargains all over, a no frills shop with tons of cool little gems and deals. Bargain Club saved me from eating off the table when I moved into a new apartment and needed to stock my kitchen with dishware and cooking equipment. One of Toronto's greatest hidden gems. Practical and fun!

Bargain Club is ideally located immediately outside Lansdowne Subway Station at Bloor and Lansdowne.I routinely get off the train when I'm in the area, to grab an ice cold can of coconut water!The store carries items ranging from my favorite Caribbean teas, white chocolate KitKat, (I often stock up on these!) Bingo daubers to suit cases/luggage and shopping carts.If your electronic accessory item is on the fritz, you will find a replacement at Bargain Club.There is an identical store at Dufferin and Eglinton, as well as at Keele and St Regis.I picked up a stainless steel thermos for a friend who needed one tho give as a gift. The recipient loved it!

I have lived in the area and used this store many times. The previous staff there was amazing. This new staff in the last year has been horrible. My neighbour was telling me the other day he was accuses of changing a price tag to make light bulbs $1. Meanwhile there was a whole shelf there. I thought it was odd for him to say this as I never had any issues in there. I went in there two days ago to check the supply of toilet paper so I could post on facebook to generate more business for them and to help people find some toilet paper as it was all sold out everywhere. I made the mistake of going in with my bundle buggy and was yelled at to leave it at the door, so I left it right where he yelled at me in the middle of the aisle. I have never had an issue before during all the years shopping there. Then a few steps away I decided naw, I don’t want to be in here and I don’t want to help them get more business. So I walked out. You just lost a 10+ years customer.

Staff isn't helpful and in fact rude, the merchandise is dirty, dusty and it looks like they've just left it on the skids and piled the skids throughout the store. They have a wide selection of items however it's laid out in a very large space (an old Bingo hall.) You can manage to get some alright deals if your willing to get a little dirty, there are a lot of cleaning products with no labels or broken bottles, crushed packaging etc. They were open during the pandemic and the staff didn't wipe the baskets or surfaces down, they offered no sanitizer.and didn't bother wiping down the carts*

I mean you rarely find an actual bargain in this place and out of the few times I came by here I felt super unwelcomed each time. I've been followed around the store by the man, pretending to constantly be working, always suddenly near me...then there was the cashier lady, when I approached she ignored me and sat there on her phone. When she finally stood up she brings the phone, sets it on the counter and proceeds to ignore me and mess with her phone...when she was finally ready to serve me she really couldnt be bothered with returning any of my pleasantries. I'm not sure this place is really worth going back to again. I feel like I'm just there bothering them anyway...

Bargain club is a large discount store with many various household products, snacks, clothes, hardware, etcetera.Caution: some food items are cheap because they are expired such as Hershey Whoppers sold 2 for $1 sold on 05 17 but expired 08 16. Some are cheap even new like Uncle Ray's potato chips $1.29 with variety of spices or none, no salt and salt types, with or without msg. The cheapest wireless bluetooth headphones are $20 with mic for mobile phone use. Clorox anti-virus and anti-bacteria is on sale $2.99. This large clearance store is near Lansdowne subway station.For bargain shoppers, it is worth browsing its aisles to find products that are sold cheaper than mainstream department stores.
