i Custom Boxes

I placed an order and received it. Good quality work but I caution that this company is struggling on borrowed time. The customer service reps seem disallusioned and insecure with their ability. The company is banned from Visa, PayPal and other secure transactions due to previous serious grievances. The various telephone numbers don't connect and they rarely respond to email requests for order updates. My order arrived unannounced. no shipping notice. What's left of this mysterious company is the hulk of a sinking ship. Unfortunate. Could have been great if more honest, transparent and professionally organized.

I have used this company for about a year now. They were quite good in the beginning. Products are decent but not premium. They are made in Pakistan and shipped to Canada in about 15-30 days. Customer service is great when things are going well. I have had some issues with damaged products and flimsy or weak materials. I specifically asked for sturdy and durable materials for my premium products. My biggest concern with this company is that there is no option for a prototype of the finished product. I was not able to evaluate the final product and am now stuck with hundreds of useless boxes that I would never ship to a customer I wanted to keep and/or impress. Aftercare is poor, and I have learned my lesson. I do not recommend it. Please do research before ordering anything from iCustomBoxes.UPDATE: I did not know the boxes would not work with the new dimensions as they said they would. I relied on their expertise in the matter of a new box design. I simply could not have known how they would turn out without a live sample, which was never offered or supplied. I put my trust in them, and it did not work out. Why would I accept compensation of new products when I have no faith in their abilities now. I run a business and can not afford to try again, even at a discount. And the compensation was not that much either. I honestly just want folks to be aware before using this company. They are not for everyone but may be ok for some.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a great experience with Colin and iCustom. They helped us through the whole process from design, pricing, and shipping. The packaging was high quality and a reasonable price with many options. Shipping was much faster than anticipated. Would definitely recommend!

This company is only helpful until they get your money. Once that occurs they do not respond to emails or initiate communication.Note these boxes are all made in Pakistan and there is no option to view a sample so once you pay your money your stuck with whatever you receive.My boxes were also delivered outside the guaranteed delivery date and no effort was made to compensate.I would not suggest this company at all. Poor customer service, low quality materials and just overall bad experience. Worst money i've ever spent.

iCustom Boxes is very impressive with there delivery, we received it all within the promised time frame, we received great quality work. Overall a great experience will definitely use again for future projects.

So, I ordered these customized boxes from this company. Overall the boxes are of good quality and were delivered on time. The customer representative was really helpful as well. Will recommend them and will be ordering from them in future as well.

The company provides excellent customer service.I work with Andy Young. He was able to get all the changes that we needed. The design, printing and material of the boxes met our expectations. Delivery is always at the door, as promised.Very happy to work with them. I highly recommend icustomboxes!

I ordered custom soap boxes from this company and I'm thrilled with the result. Andy was so helpful in his communication; quick replies, detailed answers and patience in getting the design just perfect. Actually they're better than expected. The cardboard used feels high quality and my embossed logo gives a very luxurious feel to the box. Without a doubt, this custom made soap box will make my products stand out. I highly recommend this company!!

I worked with Nathan of icustomboxes to help kick start my first business. Working with Nathan and this company has been an amazing experience. From finalizing my designs to their communication. They helped me from top to bottom. Their pricing is extremely competitive as well. Once my order went into production they had it from Canada all the way to Texas in about a week or less.
