It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this company for help or technical support with their products. I've called about 12 different numbers. Most numbers go no where and hang up. Others get into automation purgatory. They CSR team on the East Coast doesn't start until 10AM and leave at 5PM.They make it impossible to get help once you buy their product to get support.

Apex tools was great to work with and very helpful. I had a broken flaring kit that was made by KD tools and lifetime warranty, which was discontinued and the company was bought out by gearwrench. Apex provided me with a new gearwrench version free of charged and shipped it out fast. Very happy.
