This business is not a Home Audio store. It's more of an online store for professional DJs and musicians. Inside the showroom is heavily concentrated and not meant to be visited. The owners are very nice, very knowledgeable and accommodating. I find what I need at very reasonable prices.

Bought headphones, broke 3-4 months after warranty. I asked them to send them over for repair. They told me it would be cheaper to have their tech look at it. Waited 2 months. Called in, told me their tech was there the next day and that if it wasn't already done, he would do it that day and to come see them at the shop. Went in, apparently the tech hasn't been there in the past 3 weeks, they didn't know when he would be back. I asked them if it would be done in the next two weeks, or else I would go repair them somewhere else. They gave me back the headphones saying they were only doing it as a favor to me and that it would've cost at least 75 $ (never told me that before), Big waste of time.

Bought a M-Audio keyboard from them off Reverb.com, when the product arrived I noticed that it was totally different from the pictures advertised on the ad.Talked to Christian Blanchard (the manager/boss) about the issue and he was very rude with me, kept cutting me off (AND even started YELLING at me!). He didn't even try to find a solution to meet me halfway or make me happy.Awful customer service, NEVER BUYING from them ever again! So should you…buy elsewhere!

I bought a Pioneer controller FLX6 and when i start using it, i realized there is a problem in the loop option i brought it back to the store and we tried it with different laptops and we even tried another controller and the same issue happened it was manufacturing defect from Pioneer. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful and i got a full refund right away. Highly recommend

Christian and the team are incredible! I placed an order Wednesdsay night online. Within minutes I received an Email asking if I wanted to pick up the item or free delivery (I assumed delivery would take a few days). I was wrong, delivery was NEXT DAY, not even 24hrs after I placed my order. Item arrived packed perfectly. Christian followed up with a few Emails ensuring I was happy with the item and also suggested some accompaniment items that would compliment my purchase. Excellent team and when this pandemic is over, will definitely be using their store for my DJ/Production needs! Thanks!
