Madani Group Painting and Stucco Coating

Was told they would come quote a job last summer, sent text, email and facebook message for an update and no reply. I suspect if you had work from them and had an issue it would be hard for them to come back as they are too busy to take on new jobs. Send them a Facebook message you will see what I mean.

We hired Madani Group to paint our house exterior and we're so glad we did! They painted the stucco and trim on our house, did stucco repairs and were thorough in the paint prep. Their workmanship was top notch! Mehdi Madani was onsite throughout and he gave great advice about a variety of issues that we hadn't thought about beforehand. The price was fair and we were charged exactly according to the estimate. We couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend this company!

Where do I begin? The entire experience getting our stucco repainted on our home exterior was very impressive. Our neighbours had Madani Group for their home a year earlier, and we thought it looked great so we got a quote. It did take a while to get the job done due to the pandemic and paint shortage issues (common in all industries) but it was worth the wait! It is an expense getting this project done professionally, but it's SO important to get the right result. The crew were great (you can tell they get along and work well together, as a team) and did such an amazing job of prepping the exterior by making repairs, protecting all other surfaces and taping off the areas required. It was an all day job, and we couldn't wait to come outside and check out the final product. AMAZING! What a difference it can make to your home - an instant facelift! This company truly cares about quality, and they take the time to do it right! Not all companies are created equal and some paint products done by other companies don't wear well either, so buyer beware. Madani Group did a great job and I have to give them 5 stars, despite the wait to get it done. They are very busy and I now understand why. I hope this review helps your search.

In 2002 Madani Group did stucco repair on our home and applied the Premium Quality Elastomeric Coating. They were great from start to finish. They provided their estimate, helped us with color selection and when it came time to complete the work, their workers did it quickly and efficiently. We were impressed with how courteous their workers were. They came once to do the stucco repair. The second time they came, they taped all the doors and windows, applied the coating and did a great job on clean-up. After that the lead worker went with us all around the house to see if there were any deficiencies and he actually pointed out a few things he had his workers fix. They left all the procduct that was not used for us to use for futuer repairs. We referred Madani to my sister and her job was completed this year. The delay was due to her time schedule, not Madani's. They did a great job on her place as well.I would highly recommend Madani Group and their work.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the results from the Madani Group. We had a second floor addition completed three years ago and it was impossible to match the stucco colour from 30 years ago to our satisfaction. The Madani Group came and made some minor repairs and then arrived back a few days later and completed the job in one day. The final result is amazing. This crew is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. They told us that the back of our house would be painted in one day, and they worked hard in +30 heat to complete it from 7:30am to 7pm-ish. It was not an easy job. The previous owner painted unprepped wood siding which had been HORRENDOUSLY peeling , so the crew spent ages scrapping off as much as they could, they came 2 days before to pressure wash off the old paint as well. Since the wood was untreated, they ended up priming the house w/o an additional charge, as it was not on the original quote. There were lots of old wooden details (the corbels under the roof line) and there were so many windows with trim to paint! The house looks fantastic and we are so happy. They made the back of our house happy and looking alive again. We will definitely be reaching out to this company when we are ready to paint the rest of the house. Thank you Madani Group!

I had Madani Group do stucco repairs and paint with the elastomeric coating on the stucco of my house. The old caulking was removed and replaced around my windows. I was very happy with this company. Mehdi initially met with me providing good information about his company. He helped me pick out colours which were perfect for my home. The employees on site worked hard and were respectful. My property was left in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

Madani Group was professional & integrous from start to finish. Got everything that was promised and more. They were able to begin the job sooner than what was expected. Completed each step of the job in a timely manner, thoroughly and efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We would recommend this company to anyone and would use them again.

Where to get started.... First off, Madani was a pleasure to work with, the professionalism and work ethic that he along with his team conduct themselves in was incredible. The work itself looks flawless, you can see the level of care in Madani and his team pride themselves in. My home got an incredible face-lift to the point I had several neighbors complimenting the work on a daily basis. I debated about redoing the the brick work and vinyl or just painting my home. I'm glad I chose to go with paint, made my home look modern at a fraction of the cost. I had stucco falling apart around several parts of my home, and it was all repaired/painted making it look new. I first heard about Madani after friends used them on a project. The job was so done so well my buddy had their neighbours get work done. If you're unsure what to do, I 100% recommend going with Madani. 10/10

After receiving 3 other quotes, I chose Madani Group as the owner and rep were very personable, and also spoke French. Very impressed with the consult for the choice of colour and service, they went over and above, repairing the stucco (with no trace of there being any cracks) and returning to touch up what the rain had undone in some spots! I am proud to show off my home, with it's new paint job and stucco repair!
