This was our first experience with Cat mechanical and we are really pleased with their professionalism, honesty and desire to provide service to their clients. Technician took extra time to explain how I could properly maintain my new heat pump which they installed and how my system all worked together. Also, explained how my thermostat functions and how to set a schedule.I found their pricing reasonable and they tried to save me money where they could. Very happy and would totally recommend this business.
