Why on earth can't you replace a damaged product! Received a Christmas gift from my step-son who lost the receipt for this purchase, but its broken. This kiosk does not exchange gifts without a receipt. I understand the policy but there's nothing in the website that says you can't return or exchange in a kiosk. The ladies at the kiosk didn't have a telephone number to give. Seriously tho! I don't care much about the product, but it's the sentiment and effort of a child that matters to me the most. So I'm disappointed with this experience all together. I give you 1 star for customer service and product, just because I have to give you a score.

This is a kiosk for the holidays, not like a regular store, but great selection, friendly staff, fast service! Located between SAQ and Jean-coutu at the metro level.

Be aware, Centre Eaton does not have a proper store, only a counter with tea with no selection of accessories or other stuff. They are at the metro level

Normally love this place. Every time I've gone in the last 6 months they've either discontinued a tea i get every time or they're out. Not a fan of Anything they've replaced it with.
