This is a good shop but the prices are very high. It is located right by Stanley Park, which is perfect for riding a bike, but the prices were way out of my reach. I rented a bike at another shop for 24 hours for less than what 2 hours cost here.

Extremely Dissatisfying Bike Rental Experience with Negligence and Poor Customer ServiceI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a bike rental service that showcased a complete lack of attention to detail in maintaining their equipment and providing satisfactory customer service. My three friends and I rented four bikes for a Sunday ride, but unfortunately, three out of the four bikes we received had significant issues that marred our experience.one of the bikes experienced a complete breakage. This not only disrupted our ride but also posed a significant safety risk. It was evident that the rental company had neglected to properly maintain the bikes, further compromising our safety.Adding to our troubles, another bike had a seat sank after just 30 minutes of use. While we managed to temporarily fix it using an allen key we had with us, it raised concerns about the rental company's lack of quality control. What if we hadn't been equipped with the necessary tools? Not everyone carries them during a bike rental, and the rental company should have ensured that all equipment was in proper working condition before renting them out.Furthermore, one of the bikes had a gear indicator facing outward, rendering it completely unreadable. This issue further highlighted the rental company's negligence and lack of attention to even the most basic details.Upon returning the bikes and sharing our disappointing experience with the staff, we were met with complete indifference. Nobody offered an apology or expressed any concern for the problems we encountered.I left my contact information and was contacted the following day by an individual named Joe, who continued the pattern of poor customer service. Joe made feeble attempts to cover up the issues we faced and even tried to downplay the significance of the problems we encountered. His response, claiming that a chain breaking is a common occurrence and not a safety concern, is absolutely unacceptable. He was telling me that we rode for long hours and bike worked okay until it happened. What kind of bikes can’t hold up for 5-6hrs?Additionally, he dismissed the seat as a minor issue, despite the fact that it significantly affected our ride and overall comfort.It is evident that the rental company lacks basic quality control measures and fails to address even the most obvious issues with their equipment.They proposed compensation for our troubles was a mere two hours of free bike riding.In conclusion, my experience with this bike rental service was not only deeply unsatisfying but also raised serious concerns about their negligence and poor customer service. The lack of maintenance, dismissive attitude from the staff, and their failure to address even the most obvious issues with their equipment were truly disheartening. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this rental service, as their disregard for customer satisfaction and the negligent condition of their bikes are glaring red flags.

Best idea ever if you want to cycle around Stanley Park. Helmet and bike locks are provided. The bike was very well maintained, and the service was speedy and friendly. The shop is a stones throw from the sea wall so you can walk down the street and right onto the cycle path.

Fantastic! Great bikes in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of our group members had a flat tire while we were out, and a staff member met us and repaired the bike on scene. Would absolutely recommend! Great service!

Great repair shop. Very fast. It took them just a few minutes to fix a flat. I had just barely walked home and sat down when I got a call. I was afraid that they were calling because of some unforseen circumstance but they were just calling to say they were done. Good prices, too. Highly recommended.
