Came in with giftcard. Staff said the machine was broken. Typically the interact system accepts gift cards. Perhaps staff is untrained or they are unwilling to figure out their technology.

Went to dairy queen tonight and my hubby and I got 2 blizzards, they flipped his infront of him but didn't flip mine. He came out with them and mine was liquid I could've drank it with a straw. Definitely not the quality I'm used to when going there

DO NOT ORDER OVER SKIP. My order was one large fancy blizzard one large cookie dough blizzard and a skor treatzza pizza received two small standard blizzards no extras I paid for no treatzza pizza no fun…. Just disappointed by a childhood favourite

Always delicious nothing better then DQ on a hot sunny day glad to see one back in St.Thomas .Can't beat a blizzard, and they are away offering new variety. .I would have given 5 stars but they have forgotten ingredients twice in my blizzard. But otherwise always a good choice when your looking for a cold sweet treat ! ! ! ! ! If you haven't tried it I suggest you do some times a long time but it moves quickly.

Been in on 2 seperate occasions in the last 2 weeks and both times there machine was not working for paying with a gift card. Gets pretty disappointing having a giftcard but being forced to pay out of pocket( defeats having a giftcard). May have to use giftcard in london ontario. The blizzards are usually pretty decent, sometimes not mixed enough though. Have had to return a couple peanut buster parfaits in the past couple years too if they use the peanuts at the bottom of there container as your ice cream will just taste like pure salt . Do better st thomas dairy queen.

HI! Just wanted to give a shout out to the young man working tonight around 6:45pm, Sunday, May7. It was busy, one girl left for break or end of shift, another girl was working, she seemed new but was focussed and worked hard, A customer asked for words to be put on a cake and he got right to it, apologizing that the person who usually does it wasn't in, but he hoped it was ok and we all thought it looked very fine.Then another cake request came in - but just before he left to go decorate it we quickly asked if he could check on our hot dog as it had been a while (we waited very patiently just watching the two of them working away) He checked, it hadn't been started so he did it right away, apologizing for the small amount of onions (we would never have even known) and apologizing for the long wait - but we could see why.He was professional, friendly, didn't act stressed, was kind to the other person who may have forgotten to start the hot dog and he took responsibility for it. He had good manners and looked us in the eye...two thumbs up to this Dairy Queen Guy!!My oreo brownie thing was huge and delicious by the way!

Every time we order our blizzards and pay for extra toppings they never put it in. I literally have no clue why.
