X-Engineer Handyman Services

I have to say, Soroush really helped me in a difficult situation! He was willing to fit me into his schedule, the work was done well and in a timely manner - I even made a mistake and gave him the wrong information and he spent the time correcting it without any issues. Highly recommend, myself and my husband were happy to pass on his name, we like working with great people.

Engaged Soroush for several handy jobs at my apartment (wardrobe, wall mounting, bidet installation), and he not only completed all the jobs well, he was also very knowledgeable about the physics involved (what kind of bracket would work best for mounting what item and what surface etc.). Friendly, courteous, and meticulous - I highly recommend this X-engineer handyman!

Saroush has been a life saver! He has fit me in to his schedule when I have immediate small tasks that need to be done.I usually try to have several small jobs together so he can have a solid four hours. He is a problem solver and has been able to figure out repairs in an older condo, where parts needed may no longer be available. I have referred him to multiple friends who have been very happy with him.

We had Soroush come do a bunch of odd jobs for us. He was highly competent, efficient and personable. We are hoping to have him as our regular handyman going forward. Couldn’t recommend him more if we wanted to - 10/10!

Hired Soroush after he had come over to do some work in our house through task rabbit. We hired him to do full painting for a condo. Took over 1.5 weeks to get the job completed however there were many patches he had charged extra for was done very poorly. The first two days on the job he was very eager and as the days went by it looks like he lost interest. Once, we had paid him upfront he decided to wrap up and leave and never come back to finish his work. Overpaid for the poor finishing and that was one of the ask is we need a good finishing. I did not need to keep checking for many of the places that was not painted.Also broke our thermostat at the time of painting and I had only noticed it when it was not working the next day. He just fixed it back like nothing happened, till I had asked.The house is still left unfinished for work we had paid him for. I will not pay until the work is fully completed. I think he lacks the experience in many areas as a painter hence why the finishing was done poorly.

I needed someone to help assemble furniture for my new home and Soroush came to the rescue. I was both delighted and impressed by his speed, professionalism and meticulous approach.  Not only did he have sound knowledge and was skilled at his craft, but Soroush also took great care of his surroundings while he worked, which I really appreciated (as the walls were newly painted and the hardwood floors were delicate).  I would absolutely recommend Soroush to anyone looking for a professional who is courteous, efficient, detail-oriented and respectful of your home!
