I had my motorbike in for winter storage, and after picking it up, some warning lights came on in my dash on the way home. I was concerned, I called Linda. She sent a truck over to pick my bike up the next morning, they got it fixed in 1 day and they are dropping it back off to me tomorrow. That is going above and beyond, excellent customer service and I appreciate it.

Zdeno Cycle was recommended to me by a friend, and it was well worth the drive to have my tire replaced on my motorcycle. Genuinely good people and excellent service.

My first time at Zdeno Cycle in Kitchener was at the ladies garage party. So informative and touched on all the key issues that lady riders need to know about. I am a member of the Wind Sisters of Southern Ontario. At last count there are 1,900 members throughout Canada. There were a few of us there for the ladies garage party. Women are the quickest and largest growing market segment in the motorcycle industry. I'm a truck driver I don't have a whole lot of time I also don't have a credit card. I had called in for a part which I was told that they had this was on a Wednesday I told them I would be in on Saturday to pick it up the woman that I talked to which seemed very dry and had an unpleasant tone to her voice almost demeaning later to find out that she's the owner. I showed up on Saturday at 3:00 they close at 4:00 doors were already locked they did let me in however just to tell me that they hadn't pulled the part off of the motorcycle. When I called it in on Wednesday I was asked to put a deposit down which I don't have a credit card. After I had divulged this information she said okay see you Saturday. That Saturday finding out that they hadn't pulled the part whatsoever to which I was also dealing again with the same human being that just generally seems mean. Which is confusing because the rest of the staff seems warm and friendly. Left confused I left a $50 deposit missed out several days of riding because I don't have the wanting for a credit card. If there's anything else positive that I could say which I would like to I wouldn't know what it would be outside of saying that the other stuff seem nice. I've seen other establishments that I've dealt with that have bikes hold them apart catalog them and then in the situation where they deal with someone like me it's just pulling the part off the shelf and giving it to me that would have saved me a week of grievance and wonder. When I finally picked up the part I dealt with another female little blonde super friendly ultra kind. Thanks to the staff I will be happy to return with the hopes of not running into the owner.

I decided it was time to retire my leather jacket originally purchased from Zdeno's nearly 15 years prior, and head over to Royal to check out mesh jackets. By happenstance, I rode past Zdeno's on a Sunday and it was open! Very happy with the purchase, always happy with the service. Thanks for sparing me a royal pain, Linda!

First time coming here, after Hobden’s across the street closed. I came here for synthetic oil, and an air filter, the people in the front directed me to a gentleman in the back. The gentleman was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I will be returning here again in the spring for servicing my lawnmower.Rather than driving out of my way to the other side of Cambridge.
