Stopped in at Tim's for my double double and chicken noodle soup with a country bun. It is tasty hot and a inexpensive meal. One of my favorites.

Good coffee but garbage all around was off putting. Training during rush is not advised, was in drive through for almost 20 minutea.

She gave an lose lead. Coffee spills on my clothes. Coffee was not made properly as instructions. Less amount of caramel and didn't reply for thanks at the end. Not expected.

Worst service ever! Whenever I go to this location and ask for my regular mocha iced cap... They say that their frozen Java machine is down or is being cleaned.. Today I went there.. For the same thing they did make my mocha.. But.. It sucked. I ordered two, one for my friend. One of the had no chocolate syrup and the cup was just about 3/4th filled and the other had a lot of chocolate syrup.. Enough to overflow out and drain the whole thing.. I couldn't even hold it..They definitely need to improve services. Or people would avoid going to Timmies in the mall.

Usually decent service here, but they often mix up the online app order and get it wrong. The lineup can be 3 people long and take 15 mins to process... but other times, quick as a flash! Consistency in quality of service needs a little attention. But.... decent coffee.

The girl who took my order today (october 12th around 5:50pm) was really rude to me and my friend. I ordered a drink and when she gave it to me she dropped the straw and did not think about giving another one. When I asked for another straw she just threw one at me . The worst experience I have ever got from any food chain. Will never be visiting the tim at quinte mall.

The girl at the counter was really disrespectful.She seemed so uninterested. Her name was Harbal. Firstly she didn't even greet or welcome us. She won't answer our questions and simply kept on nodding. After our order,One straw fell on the floor and she didn't bother to pick it up leaving it to us. When we asked for another one, she threw another straw at us. Won't recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.
