I booked my drop off appointment online. Took my son's phone in. Explained the issue, we discussed our expectations. They gave us a price quote and possible time limit for repairs. 3 days later, they sent a text notifying me or was ready for pick up. We got the phone back in perfect condition.Everything about my transaction here was clear, there were no questions left unanswered, and they 100% held up their end.I'm very impressed with the service, and will bring future repairs here.Update: I've discovered they also repair gaming consoles!
