I go out of my way to visit Emco on Glenlyon because the counter staff are friendly and helpful and make me feel like they appreciate my business. If I ask for something they do not have they cheerfully offer alternative solutions that always work. Great place for plumbing supplies!

Probably the worst wholesaler branch in EMCOs Arsenal.If you can avoid this one and go to Richmond do it.**I'm not who does the training at this location for sales but they need to be trained themselves or replaced**Edit: its gotten worse. 2/3 inside sales reps have zero idea what plumbing is.To any plumbers please avoid this emco branch at all costs.Im doing you a favor.

If your hours are changed during COVID where store is closed an hour earlier (and closed on Saturdays), please be considerate and update Google and your website so customers don't drive in rush hour only to find your store closed.
