Feet First Clinic

I was late for my appointment - it was my fault, i had written down the time wrong. When I got there, they had already called to tell me I was late and I was clearly stressed. I apologized profusely for being late and was fully prepared to pay the penalty for a missed appointment. The receptionist (Carolina, Cornelia?) was condescending, dismissive and rude. She repeated the words “we sent you an email 2 days ago with the correct time” 5 or 6 times in the span of a couple of minutes. She also berated me for not confirming my appointment, going on at length about their new procedures. It was clear I was too late to have an appointment, and I’d had enough of feeling like a student who’d been sent to the principal’s office, so I said “I guess I’ll try again another time,” and left.2 minutes later, my phone rang and it was her. She couldn’t figure out why I had “disappeared” and aggressively insisted that I rebook. I didn’t have my calendar in front of me and was feeling flustered and upset, so I said I’d call back.I won’t be calling back. It’s disappointing because my previous experience there was great. However, I’m sure I can find another provider who treats their clients with kindness.

I visited Feet First and met with Thanh Ho, D. Ch. I had a medical pedicure done. She is very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions too. I left feeling 100% knowing my feet were well taken care of. Thank you Thanh.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bianca and Sofie were very patient and diligent in making sure that I was set up with the right running shoe.Dr. Christianne was super informative and detailed with explaining to me certain issues I may be having with my running stride and providing corrective exercises to strengthen an old injury.The GAIT analysis video helped to get a clear visual of weak points in my stride which provided a clearer picture in my mind of how to make the right adjustments.Thank you Feet First!!!

Great first time experience! Constance Christou is very educated and the appointment itself was very eye opening- taught me a great deal of how I can be performing sports in a more conducive and effective way as well as long term health planning.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Chistianne for both myself and my son at the Feet First clinic in Bloor West. She is professional and personable. My son had previously had a traumatic experience with a chiropodist, and Christianne approached him with kindness and patience. She is amazing!

This was my first visit and consultation with the Feet First Clinic.Dr. Connie was amazing. I had a couple of issues with my feet and I was a little hesitant but Dr. Connie put me totally at ease. She answered all my questions and provided quality service and explained the procedures that were being done.I waited 62 years to visit a Chiropodist, a word of advice to anyone reading this, look after your feet !Like I said, Dr. Connie did an amazing job and I have already booked my follow up visit in 2 months.I wholeheartedly recommend Feet First Clinic to anyone who has foot issues.

Had a delightful time getting a medical pedicure from Christianne Gregorio. She made sure I was comfortable and helped keep the conversation light (which is good for me as I sometimes have a hard time with people trimming my nails etc.).

It was my first time ever needing orthotics and I went to Feet First Clinic. I had an appointment with Christianne who was great. She explained why I had the foot pain and how the orthotics would help alleviate the pain. The service from the front desk was also very helpful and professional. So glad to have this clinic in my neighbourhood.

My experience at FeetFirst was okay.The staff was very friendly and the service was quick when I went in for my assessment.I was a little disappointment that the assessment identified an issue with the way I walk but I was only offered expensive orthotics. When I asked if there was a way to fix the issue by holding strength so I didn’t have to purchased thousands of dollars in orthotics they said yes, but they do not do that here....and I would have to find a physiotherapist.My questions about corns, pump bumps, etc were also answered but I had to specifically bring it up (after I did my own research) and I thought they would have addressed or talked about it unprovoked during a foot assessment.Overall, lovely clinic and staff but I am not sure if it’s what I am looking for as I want prevention.

Connie was caring and attentive to my foot needs. Treating my fungal concern has never felt safer. Front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Super happy with my experience at Feet First.
